Day 6
Breakfast: bacon, eggs, biscuits, and gravy
No lunch. Breakfast carried me through to dinner
Dinner: hamburger pattie with cheese and ketchup
Gatorade, unsweeten tea with splenda

Lunch: Omelet with 3 eggs and mushrooms, olives, and cheese (I love breakfast for lunch or dinner)
Dinner: Hamburger pattie with cheese and ketchup (no bread)
I did have a small milkshake out with my family

In meetings all day so I did better.
bowl of cereal with 2% milk, 32 oz gatorade (all day sipping), 1 dr. pepper small cheeseburger from McD’s and small fries (only ate half), 2 drumsticks baked in oven and 3 bites of okra fried in extra virgin olive oil. My cheats were 2 pks of swiss rolls.
Not a good day. My MIL came over with pizza and since I missed breakfast because I was in appointments all morning I ate 3 pieces. I also had a swiss roll with it. This evening I had a soft pretzel and another swiss roll. I hate when she brings food over because I feel like I have to eat it and then I cant stop. Looking at my journal I had WAY too much bread. I had 1 dr. pepper but I did drink some water today. Hopefully a better day tomorrow
I dont like the food journal on here because everything I type in comes up empty. I can never find the things I ate so I will just type it on here. I have weight watcher stuff so I will see if I can match the points up.
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs and 2 pieces of bacon
Lunch: 1 quesidilla (chicken)
Dinner: 1 quesidilla (chicken)
Unsweetened tea sweetened with splenda ( 2 big cups) ( I sip on drinks slowly all day)
1 Rain Berry Gatorade (32 oz) 50 calories (I sipped on this throughout the day)
1 Dr. Pepper (only 1 YAYYY)
I did a walk about today around my pond with my husband and son and walked down the driveway to get the mail. It’s a start!!
Ok, today was tough. When I went to eat I would look at the calories and decide I couldnt eat some stuff. This is just a start and hopefully it will get better. I tried to cut sugar out again today but got a bad headache about 1:00 so had to get some in.

Lunch: 2 chicken breast salad sandwiches on wheat bread (I know I should have had only 1 but it is a start), tea sweetend with splenda
Snack: Dr. Pepper (only 1 today, Yay!!!), pack of sunflower seeds (My biggest weakness, only 1 pack today which is a record)
Dinner: steak with 2 slices of garlic toast (wheat bread) tea sweetened with splenda
Well, not as good as what I wanted but it makes me realize that I dont eat that great. Cutting back on pops and sunflower seeds will be my biggest challenge.
I have decided to do something I have never done before…keep a daily food journal. I am starting this on Monday so bare with me if I bore you to death but if I put it down in print on here for everyone to see then maybe I (as well as all of you) can see what I am doing wrong and maybe I can solve this problem with food. I will now be a stay at home mom with no kids at home. :( My oldest is in the 8th grade and my youngest is in the 4th. I am hoping that I can get another teaching position soon but in the meantime I am going to focus on myself for a change. I have a lot of weight to lose and am tired of carrying it around. I am tired of buying new (bigger) clothes, and I am tired of looking at myself in the mirror. I am ready for a change.
I have been for a while and wasnt able to post. I am back. I have had a change in jobs. The school that I taught at has closed so now I have more time to devote to myself and my goal of weight loss. I hope all have been well and are still here.
Hey guys, it has been a very busy month. I havent been on here in a while but I am still here. We have 5 (that’s right count them) nights a week of baseball/softball games. Half of those nights the games are double headers, AAAAGGGGHHHH!!!!! Anyway, most of you may not know but my husband has been in and out of the hospital with many blod clots. He is only 34 and it has been very serious. Glad to say he is doing better but we still dont know why he is getting them. On a brighter note…..I HAVE A JOB INTERVIEW!!! I hav an interview this Friday for a Kindergarten position. Everyone please pray that my mouth says what it is suppose to and that my brain is working right. I really need this job. Anyway, weather is beautiful and warm. Hope everyone has a great week. Oh, by the way only 3 1/2 weeks of school left, YEAH!!!
Hey guys, been a bad week. It has been so cold. It was 19 degrees the other morning. What happened to the warm weather. I gained a few of my pounds back. But I am going to have to work 2x harder to get it back off. I cant wait until Spring!!!!!
